Tommy (Khuong) Nguyen
Tommy has been on both sides of the table. He founded and operated a startup, learned to fundraise from the ground up, then crossed to the investment side at Capital JDI. At Pathfinder he brings those networks to surface the right clients.
Tommy co-founded GOVO Vietnam, a platform connecting retail investors with startups, where he ran operations, fundraising, and external relationships and helped three startups close their rounds.
At Capital JDI, he sources deals across Southeast Asia, performs due diligence, and supports portfolio companies post-investment. He has contributed to seed investments in Gignite AI, Alpha Story, and Buildbob AI, and regularly judges startup competitions including Venture Star, Tech Planter, and Future Maker.
Outside VC, he serves as COO at Roscommon Systems, an AI accessibility company building screen readers for vision-impaired users. At Pathfinder, he is the connector: he knows who needs what, and makes the introduction happen.
